Physiotherapy for Infants

These appointments are designed for babies from birth to 12 months of age. Please bring your baby in should you have any concerns with their developmental milestones. You can also book one of these appointments if you do not have any concerns, but are looking for guidance on how to support your infant in developing gross motor skills.


Physiotherapy for Kids and Teens

Our standard in-clinic appointment type for anyone from 1 - 18 years of age. Please select an initial assessment if this is your first time, or a follow-up session if you've played with us before. All physiotherapists are on the ASD registry.


Pediatric Pelvic Health

If your child struggles with continence or pelvic floor dysfunction, these specialized appointments with our Pelvic Health physiotherapists can help. Be sure to book an Initial Assessment if you have not previously been seen by one of our physiotherapists for Pelvic Health concerns.


Group Classes

These appointments are in a group format and not meant for individual therapy. The groups focus on prevention of common ailments and development of motor milestones. You will receive great information, tools and tips delivered in a fun way! Read through the descriptions and find the one right for you and your little one.


Virtual Physiotherapy

These services are offered through a secure online platform in the safety and comfort of your home.

Rachel grew up in Wilkie, Saskatchewan participating in many sports which grew into a passion for injury prevention and management. She spent much of her university time performing sports medical coverage, coaching, teaching swimming lessons, and volunteering for the PAAL program. Rachel graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 2018 with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, and in 2021 with a Masters of Physical Therapy. Since graduating, she has taken various courses to further her education including Sport First Responder, Strength and Conditioning in Rehab, and Biomedical Dry needling.

Rachel enjoys working with children and helping them feel their best. She believes physical therapy for children should be fun and tailored for their individual needs. Holton Charters is a compassionate and dedicated physiotherapist with a strong commitment to helping children improve their physical abilities and overall well-being. Holton grew up in Saskatoon, and completed a Bachelor of Health Studies and Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Saskatchewan.

He has worked with children throughout his life as an educational assistant, camp counselor, coach, and youth program leader. Holton believes that education and communication are key in helping patients understand their conditions and treatment options. He is committed to staying updated with the latest advancements in the field of physical therapy and integrating evidence-based practices into his treatment plans. He utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques, including play-based exercises, manual therapy, and adaptive equipment, to enhance mobility and promote independence in his young patients. Approved on the ASD provider registry. Holton believes in creating a fun and supportive environment to make therapy sessions enjoyable and effective. He is dedicated to providing personalized care and empowering his patients to regain their mobility and lead an active lifestyle.

Josie grew up in Wakaw, Saskatchewan, across the street from a playground, and within walking distance of ball diamonds, parks, and the school gym. She completed both her Bachelor in Kinesiology and Masters of Physical Therapy degrees at the U of S.

She has always loved working with children, starting with babysitting, and transitioning to running summer kid camps, volunteering at the U of S PAAL program, and eventually becoming a pediatric physical therapist. Josie has worked as a physical therapist in outpatient developmental pediatrics for the last 2.5 years, and has experience working with a range of conditions, including gross motor delays, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Developmental Coordination Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Spina Bifida, brain injuries, and plagiocephaly/torticollis. Josie loves the challenge of finding inventive ways to assess and treat kids through play-based therapy. Approved on the ASD Provider registry.

Josie enjoys staying active in all four seasons, including spin classes, tennis, kayaking, snowshoeing, and playing in a volleyball league. She loves to check out new restaurants, cafes, activities, and events in Saskatoon, attend any kind of musical event, play the piano, and garden. Starting in May!

Magda Langton graduated from the University of Calgary in 2014 with her Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) in Biomedical Sciences. At the University of Saskatchewan, she received her Master of Science from the School of Public Health in 2017 and her Master of Physical Therapy in 2019. While volunteering at Alberta Children’s Hospital she became aware of pediatric physical therapists, leading to her passion in pursuing a career in physical therapy.

The majority of her career was spent in Northern British Columbia working in both a community pediatric outpatient setting and with the local school division doing consultation. She worked alongside a dedicated pediatric team including Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathologist, Music Therapy, Infant Development Program Coordinators, and Pediatricians. Magda is passionate about early intervention, family centered care, and play-based therapy leading to greater positive outcomes. She utilizes evidence-based practice and continuing education to provide better care for clients.

Melissa Cursons became a Physical Therapist after graduating from the University of Saskatchewan. She has worked more than 15 years in Pediatrics and is the Clinical Lead at our clinic. Melissa believes that play, singing songs and giggles are the ultimate way to achieve goals in Physical Therapy. Melissa has completed additional training to support children with bowel and bladder dysfunction as well as supporting infants and children who are experiencing neurodevelopmental delays. She is approved on the ASD provider registry. Melissa lives in Yorkton, SK. She travels to our Saskatoon clinic twice a month and provides virtual care to enhance access for families who aren’t able to attend in person. Outside of her work as a Physical Therapist, Melissa is a wife, a mother to two teenage boys and enjoys spending time in the garden or photographing when she’s not playing in the clinic.
