Cassandra Knisely
Cassandra grew up in North Battleford, Saskatchewan, where she first encountered physical therapy as a young dancer. With over ten years of experience as a competitive dance instructor, she has developed a passion for teaching movement and promoting wellness and injury prevention. This passion inspired her to pursue higher education at the University of Saskatchewan, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Master of Physical Therapy.
Cassandra loves working with children of all ages and enjoys the creative challenge of designing engaging therapy experiences tailored to each developmental stage. She believes pediatric physical therapy should be fun, collaborative, and centered around each child’s unique interests and needs. Betty Musfin
Betty is driven by a love for how the body works—and a strong belief in the power of early intervention. After completing her Master of Physical Therapy, she dove directly into the specialty of pediatrics, where she could combine her passion for movement with her love for working with kids. She especially enjoys working with infants and supporting families through those important early milestones.
Betty has a special interest in developmental and neurophysiotherapy, including treating children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Her sessions are filled with imagination, games, and movement activities that make therapy feel more like play than work—keeping kids engaged while making meaningful progress.
She has completed pediatric-focused continuing education and is always learning new ways to support children through therapy. Outside of the clinic, you’ll find her singing, playing piano and guitar, and always working on her next musical goal.

Motor Milestone Classes
Through Play, Learning, and Connection
Playful movement. Clear guidance. Confident parents.
Our Motor Milestone Classes are small-group, play-based sessions led by pediatric physiotherapists. They’re designed to support your baby’s development and help you feel confident knowing what’s coming next.
We focus on rolling, sitting, crawling, and early movement, while gently teaching parents how to support progress at home in ways that feel natural, doable, and fun.
👶 Is This Class Right for Your Baby?
This class is a great fit for babies who are:
✔️ Developing at their own pace ✔️ Exploring movement through play ✔️ Learning to roll, sit, or crawl ✔️ Doing well — and benefiting from a little extra guidance
💛 Typical Babies. No pressure. Just support.
🎈 What You Can Expect
✨ Fun, play-based movement & exploration 🧠 Simple, practical education you can use right away 🤍 Connection with other families in the same stage 👩⚕️ Small groups with lots of individual attention 🧸 A calm, welcoming environment where questions are encouraged
Parents often leave feeling:
>More confident, less worried, and excited about what’s coming next.
🗓️ Class Schedule
Each group runs for 5 - 1 hr classes, meeting every other week.
🍼 Pre-Sitter Monday, January 12 at 11:00 AM
🐾 Pre-Crawler Tuesday, January 13 at 11:00 AM
🚶 Pre-Walker Wednesday, January 14 at 11:00 AM
💰 Cost & How It Works
$50 per class.
🧾 Because these classes are led by licensed pediatric physiotherapists, they are typically:
- Fully covered by most extended health insurance plans, or
- Eligible for direct reimbursement, depending on your provider
💡 Many families are surprised to learn that these group classes are often covered just like individual physiotherapy sessions.
👉 We’re happy to help you understand how to submit or bill through your plan.
Because this is a progressive session and your spot is held for all 5 classes, classes that aren’t attended will still be charged like most classes or sessions.
🧩 Before Classes Begin
To make sure your baby is in the right group, each child completes a brief physiotherapy assessment (included) before the first class. We will reach out to book it.
This allows us to:
- Personalize activities
- Meet your baby where they’re at
- Ensure the class is the best possible fit
💛 No referral or diagnosis required. Just come play, learn, and move together.
⏳ Limited Spaces Available
To keep groups small and meaningful, spaces are limited.
⭐ Pick the group you think fits best and register. You’ll find them on the left! ⭐
👉 After booking, we’ll:
- Guide you through the assessment
- Confirm the best class for your baby
- Answer any questions you may have
✨ Early movement experiences matter — and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
