Cancellation Policy : We require 48 hours for cancellations. Late cancellations within 48 hours will be subject to a $50 fee. Same day cancellations will be charged at the full price of treatment. Cancellations affect your therapist, as they are paid when patients are seen and less than 48hrs is not enough time to fill a spot that has been held for you. Thank you for understanding.

Group Classes: Group Classes are charged as a total amount for all classes. During each class you attend, your insurance will be submitted and you will receive a refund for that class. The 48 hr cancellation policy doesn’t apply to Group Classes.

Pediatric Pelvic Health

If your child struggles with continence or pelvic floor dysfunction, these specialized appointments with our Pelvic Health physiotherapists can help. Be sure to book an Initial Assessment if you have not previously been seen by one of our physiotherapists for Pelvic Health concerns.


Concussion Services

These appointments are for concussion related services including baseline testing, post concussion assessment and treatment. Our clinic is associated with Complete Concussion Management Inc (CCMI).


Infant Feeding


Physiotherapy for Infants

These appointments are designed for babies from birth to 12 months of age. Please bring your baby in should you have any concerns with their developmental milestones. You can also book one of these appointments if you do not have any concerns, but are looking for guidance on how to support your infant in developing gross motor skills.


Physiotherapy for Kids and Teens

Our standard in-clinic appointment type for anyone from 1 - 18 years of age. Please select an initial assessment if this is your first time, or a follow-up session if you've played with us before. All physiotherapists are on the ASD registry.


Group Classes

These appointments are in a group format and not meant for individual therapy. The groups focus on prevention of common ailments and development of motor milestones. You will receive great information, tools and tips delivered in a fun way! Read through the descriptions and find the one right for you and your little one.

Betty is driven by a love for how the body works—and a strong belief in the power of early intervention. After completing her Master of Physical Therapy, she dove directly into the specialty of pediatrics, where she could combine her passion for movement with her love for working with kids. She especially enjoys working with infants and supporting families through those important early milestones.

Betty has a special interest in developmental and neurophysiotherapy, including treating children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Her sessions are filled with imagination, games, and movement activities that make therapy feel more like play than work—keeping kids engaged while making meaningful progress.

She has completed pediatric-focused continuing education and is always learning new ways to support children through therapy. Outside of the clinic, you’ll find her singing, playing piano and guitar, and always working on her next musical goal.

Rachel grew up in Wilkie, Saskatchewan, where she discovered her love for sports and movement. That passion evolved into a career in physiotherapy focused on helping children stay active and feel their best. She brings a creative and fun approach to each session, often incorporating unique equipment like BOSU balls and scooters to keep kids engaged.

Rachel holds a Master of Physical Therapy and has completed continuing education in biomedical dry needling, sport first responder, pediatric pelvic health (bowel and bladder), and strength and conditioning. She has a particular interest in sports rehab and post-immobilization recovery, but she loves working with kids of all ages and abilities.

Outside of the clinic, Rachel enjoys playing volleyball, curling, cross-country skiing, and spending time at the lake with a good book. She believes physio should feel like play—and aims to make every visit fun, challenging, and meaningful.

Magda discovered her passion for pediatric physiotherapy while volunteering at Alberta Children’s Hospital—an experience that sparked her journey toward helping children thrive through movement. After graduating with a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Calgary, she earned both her Master of Science in Public Health and her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan.

Magda began her physiotherapy career in Northern British Columbia, working in pediatric outpatient clinics and supporting children within local school divisions. She is passionate about early intervention, family-centered care, and creating positive experiences through play-based therapy. She has a special interest in infant care and offers support for infant feeding, helping babies and families navigate challenges in those early stages.

Josie grew up in Wakaw, Saskatchewan, just steps away from parks and playgrounds, which sparked her lifelong interest in movement and child development. After earning her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan, she chose to specialize in pediatrics because of her deep love for working with children and their families.

Josie’s practice focuses on developmental pediatrics, with additional training in toe walking, gait, orthotics, primitive reflexes, clubfoot, cerebral palsy, and ASD. She’s passionate about helping kids reach their milestones through creative, play-based physiotherapy tailored to their unique interests and needs.

Whether she’s helping a child take their first steps or building trust with a family, Josie brings compassion, enthusiasm, and a playful spirit to her sessions. Outside of work, she enjoys volleyball, pickleball, spin classes, gardening, playing piano, and baking with a creative twist.
